We know that travel plans sometimes change, and we aim to make the process of modifying or canceling your reservation as simple as possible. This policy outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled when booking through our website or with one of our agents.
Standard Tour Reservations
Most of the tours and ride experiences featured on our site are operated by independent, licensed vendors. When you book, your reservation is made directly with that operator, and their individual cancellation and refund policies will apply.
- Cancellation Windows – Many tours allow free cancellation between 24–72 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Exact details are provided during checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Refunds – Refunds are issued directly by the operator and are generally returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
- Weather-Related Changes – If your activity is canceled due to unsafe weather or trail conditions, the operator will offer to reschedule your ride or provide a refund in accordance with their policy.
- No-Shows – Guests who fail to arrive or notify the operator before departure are typically not eligible for refunds.
Packages & Custom Trips
For packages or custom adventures arranged through our agents (including multi-day rides, hotels, or bundled activities):
- Cancellation Window – Packages may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the first scheduled activity.
- Private Tours & Charters – Certain private or group experiences may require a minimum of 96 hours’ notice for a full refund or reschedule.
- Refunds – Eligible refunds for packages are processed by our in-house team and returned to the original form of payment.
- Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend adding trip protection during checkout to safeguard against last-minute emergencies or changes outside standard policy windows.
