1. Our Role
Sweet Ride Tours serves as a booking platform that connects travelers with licensed, third-party tour operators. When you make a reservation through our website, you are entering into a direct contractual agreement with the vendor providing the service.
For packages or custom trips (including flights, hotels, or bundled experiences), Sweet Ride Tours acts as your travel agent, coordinating arrangements on your behalf with trusted third-party providers.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
- Each vendor listed on our platform is solely responsible for operating and delivering the tour or activity you’ve booked.
- Vendors maintain their own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies, which are clearly displayed at checkout.
- All operators are required to be licensed and insured for the services they provide.
- Any issues, disputes, or claims related to service delivery must be directed to the vendor.
3. Guest Responsibilities
By confirming a booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of reservation.
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point listed in your confirmation email.
- Follow all safety instructions, local laws, and operator guidelines throughout your tour.
- Respect any park regulations or environmental rules in place.
- Failure to comply may result in denial of participation without refund.
4. Payments
- For most standard tours, payments are processed directly by the vendor using secure third-party systems.
- For custom trips or packages, payments are processed by Sweet Ride Tours through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- Pricing is displayed transparently during checkout, including applicable taxes and service fees before purchase is finalized.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard Tours: The vendor’s individual cancellation and refund policy applies. Review their terms before completing your booking.
- Packages & Custom Bookings: Our site-wide Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Most cancellations require 72–96 hours’ notice for eligibility.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, though processing times may vary depending on banks and vendors.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Sweet Ride Tours is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of third-party vendors, service providers, or natural conditions beyond our control.
Participation in any tour or activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including weather disruptions or emergencies.
7. Changes to Itineraries
Tour itineraries and routes may be modified by the operator due to weather, safety concerns, park restrictions, or other unforeseen factors. Sweet Ride Tours is not liable for adjustments or cancellations made by vendors for reasons outside our control.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the sharing of relevant details with tour operators and vendors as necessary to complete your reservation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in tours will be handled in accordance with the appropriate jurisdiction.
