Description
Your island adventure begins with a hotel or cruise pickup, followed by a short transfer to Fond Assau in Saint Lucia’s Babonneau district. After a safety briefing and orientation, hop on your ATV and test your handling skills before setting out. Follow your guide through scenic countryside trails passing local communities like Morne Assau, Chassin, Des Barras, Boguis, and Marquis Estate. Along the way, stop to see a historic water wheel dating back to the 18th century and learn about Saint Lucia’s sugar industry. Continue toward the Atlantic coastline for breathtaking views over Grande Anse before looping back through the lush northern hills. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or first-timer, this tour delivers history, culture, and excitement on every turn.
Itinerary
08:30 AM – Pickup from hotel or cruise terminal
09:00 AM – Arrive at Aanansi ATV base for safety briefing and orientation
09:20 AM – Practice ride and vehicle familiarization
09:40 AM – Depart for guided countryside ATV ride
10:30 AM – Stop at 18th-century water wheel site for photos
11:00 AM – Continue through plantations and mountain trails
11:40 AM – Reach Grande Anse viewpoint overlooking the Atlantic
12:00 PM – Return ride through local communities
12:30 PM – End of tour; transfer back to hotel or cruise terminal
